In the framework of Task 2.4 of the EcoFashionEU Project a specific training program on sustainability issues has been developed and successfully implemented. The training program, addressed primarily on fashion SMEs but also on NGOs and CSOs, was tailored to the specific needs of SMEs in the fashion sector while current practices and recent developments on all sustainability issues were also taken into account in the program. All partners took part both in the design and the implementation of the Training Program that had a 35-hour duration and consisted of seven (7) workshops in a four-week period (from November 9th to December 7th 2023). Three (3) of these workshops took place in the form of live Zoom webinars with a duration of approximately 4 hours for each webinar. The other four (4) workshops were implemented in the form of digital courses, with a duration of approximately 6 hours each, incorporating quizzes, exercises, video recordings, downloadable presentations, resources etc. with the use of specific platforms (Thinkific) and social media (an EcoFashion group was created in Facebook). Fifty (50) persons with professional or/and academic background in fashion took part in the training
