a) It starts with design with circularity in mind: Design for low waste, longevity, disassembly, recyclability, zero-waste (take-back schemes, upcycling, etc. second and third lives of product, extending product lifecycle)
b) Choosing your materials: Design for low-impact materials and processes (textiles, trimmings, dyeing processes etc.
c) Water consumption in the industry: It starts in the cotton field

Workshop 7: Sustainable Fashion Ecosystem in Greece and the EU
a) 4 project leaders showcase their company/solution: Athinea, Christianna Vardakou, Pepper Vally, A Place to Dress Strangers (APTDS) *[ Rapporteurs: the four fashion SMEs-partners with CSR Hellas as coordinator)
b) NGOs operating in the scene: Fashion Revolution Greece, Fashion Revolution Cyprus
c) Examples of projects that involve: upcycling/minimalist design made in Greece, Made by Refugees (upskilling, products that give back), upcycling accessories, building an online second-hand platform/Greek rental platform, Greek cotton etc.

Delivery:
➔ 3 live webinars during the course, one to launch the course, one mid-way, and one to close the course.
➔ The webinars will have a duration of 4 hours with a 15-minute break in between. A Question-and-Answer session will be included after each part.
